Lets talk! I will review your space, reach out to confirm what you want/need.
Consult needed? For garage, unfinished basements, attics, crawlspace, big or multiple spaces cleaning or household care, or don’t know where to start—please schedule a consult. Consult fee is $35 pre-paid. This includes my visit and any planning afterwards.
“Statement of Work” I will email our plan and spell it out in this form for you to review and sign.
$225 Deposit. Lock in your Reset Date with a deposit. My hourly rate is $45. and my minimum hours to book is 5 hours. The deposit goes towards your project for the day. I kindly ask a minimum 3 business days to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are subject to the deposit.
“Service Agreement” Yes! We are on the same page! Please review and sign my Service Agreement. If you have multiple projects, you’ll only sign this once.
Client Prep: Purchase any materials (bins, hangers, shelves etc) we talked about. If you are purging, dedicate 1-2 hours (or half hour in between) to sort through items I will line up for you (time depends on the amount of items).
